SHIPPING INFORMATION -

 

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

Our rolled prints are carefully rolled and shipped in kraft tube boxes. 

We pride ourselves on making and shipping our custom products as quickly as possible. The following are an estimate of the transit times that our couriers provide. As all orders are custom made on order, the print times will vary depending on the product. All orders will be provided a tracking number to trace the progress of the shipment. For urgent orders please get in touch with us. Please see a rough guide if the printing and shipping is handled by us:

 

PRINTING/LEAD TIMES: (business days)

2 - 4 days for Prints 

7 - 12 days for Frames

 

SHIPPING TIMES: (business days)

Australia, US, UK, Canada, Europe, NZ

Depending on the size of print, please allow 2-7 business days

Other

Please allow 7 - 15 business days 

Please note that whilst we do our best to ensure that production and deliveries are within the times listed, we cannot provide a 100% guarantee of the times listed above.

If you haven’t received your order by its estimated delivery time, please allow a few more days. 

 

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Paypal, AfterPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you’re not, let us know. We ask that you please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.

Please remember that each and every print is custom-made to order, so unless your print arrives damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or offer a refund.

Additionally, double-check that your address has been entered correctly. We are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect details. 

If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to merrwatson@gmail.com. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
